bulletThe Chicago Kickers men's team entered the Green White soccer tournament. The event was held over the weekend of July 18-19, in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. The team advanced to the playoffs with 5 wins and 1 tie. The Kickers eventually lost to a strong Schwaben AC team in the semi-finals, 3-1. The team is coached by Joe Soehn and Bill Zettlmeier.

bulletCongrats to the Lakes High School Varsity Soccer Team on winning the Class 2 A Regional Championship.  The kickers had players playing for Grayslake Central and Lakes, it is bitter-sweet however we are proud to see area players in championship games. 
Former Youth Player Joe Ferrari is completing his freshman year at DePaul University. Joe (Goalie #30) makes the save during DePaul's recent spring match against Notre Dame (2-2 tie).  
 
bulletScouting Lake County Girls High School Soccer, Daily Herald - Kickers Players from Lakes, Antioch, Grant, Warren, Grayslake North, Grayslake Central and Carmel High Schools are recognized.
